Customer Happiness Executive / Customer Support Executive | 🕒 Full-time | 💼 D2C Fashion & Lifestyle

We are India’s first and fastest-growing women’s holidaywear brand, specialising in swimwear and beachwear for both standard and plus sizes.

We operate two fashion-forward D2C brands — The Curvves and Plus Curvves — built around confidence, comfort, and great fit.

Role Overview :


We are looking for a Customer Happiness Executive who genuinely enjoys interacting with customers and ensuring a smooth, positive brand experience across all touchpoints.


You will be the voice of our brand — handling queries, resolving concerns, and coordinating internally to deliver timely and satisfactory resolutions.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries across email, phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media
  • Resolve customer concerns with empathy, clarity, and professionalism
  • Coordinate with dispatch, logistics, and returns teams for order-related queries
  • Track shipments, check delivery status, and raise NDRs (Non-Delivery Reports) when required
  • Liaise with courier partners to ensure timely deliveries
  • Support customers with returns, exchanges, and order updates
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions


Who Should Apply :


  • Individuals who are passionate about customer support and service excellence
  • Comfortable communicating via multiple channels (written and verbal)
  • Able to handle customer concerns calmly and confidently
  • Organized and comfortable coordinating with internal teams
  • Freshers are welcome to apply
  • Prior experience in D2C, e-commerce, or customer support is a plus (not mandatory)
