Job Title -- Customer Support Associate (Domestic Voice Process)

Location -- Nehru Nagar, Ahmedabad

Process -- E-Commerce (Voice Support)

Salary -- Rs. 15500 - 18000 / Month + Benefits

Qualification -- 12th Pass or Above

Job Responsibility --

·   Handling basic customer queries related to Ecommerce Products and providing customer resolution.

. Resolve Customer queries through phone Call.

·    Providing support to Domestic (Indian) customers

·    Willingness to work in Rotational Shift, for females cab is provided in night shift.

. Ready to adopt new things and good team member.

. Should be an Immediate joiner.
