Customer Support (night Shift)

Customer Support Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chats
• Provide timely and accurate responses to customers
• Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduate in any discipline (Data/IT background preferred)
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and data handling
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Experience:Fresher or 1–2 years of relevant experience
