Job Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound client calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Address client concerns, provide solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client communications in the CRM system.
  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or live chat promptly and effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer orders and requests are fulfilled on time.
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy, actively listen, and work to resolve any issues to the customer’s satisfaction.
  • Assist with other operational tasks as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the business.
  • Help maintain and improve operational processes to increase efficiency.
