Job Description
- Handle inbound and outbound client calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Address client concerns, provide solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of all client communications in the CRM system.
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or live chat promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer orders and requests are fulfilled on time.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy, actively listen, and work to resolve any issues to the customer’s satisfaction.
- Assist with other operational tasks as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the business.
- Help maintain and improve operational processes to increase efficiency.
