Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: On-site – Ahmedabad, India

Shift Timings: US Shift 4:30 PM – 1:30 AM

Working Days: Monday-Saturday (Alternate Saturday Off)

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in data analysis, visualization, and statistical methods, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights that support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

•Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

•Create comprehensive reports and dashboards using Excel, SQL, and Tableau / Power BI.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, monitor, and report on key metrics.

•Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic and operational decisions.

•Ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of data.

Requirements:

•Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

•Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).

•Experience with statistical analysis and advanced Excel functions.

•Bachelor’s degree in BE / B.Tech, MSc-IT, or MCA.

•Knowledge of general accounting fundamentals.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

•Experience working with large and complex datasets.

•Knowledge of data cleaning, transformation, and ETL processes.

•Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.

•Knowledge of general accounting fundamentals.
