Job Description
Job Summary-: We are looking for a detail-oriented Computer Operator / Data Entry Operator to manage daily operational data and support logistics and customer coordination for our women’s casual wear D2C brand.
The role involves accurate data entry, Shiprocket backend handling, RTO coordination, and customer calling, ensuring smooth day-to-day order processing and minimal losses due to returns.
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Data Entry & Backend Work
- Perform day-to-day data entry related to orders, dispatches, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain and update daily operational sheets, order logs, and internal trackers
- Ensure accuracy in SKU details, sizes, colours, quantities, and order values
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations team for correct data flow
2. Shiprocket Data Entry & Courier Coordination
- Manage Shiprocket panel for order processing and shipment updates
- Update order statuses such as pickup, in-transit, delivered, RTO initiated, RTO received
- Cross-check courier data with internal records to avoid mismatches
- Download and maintain courier reports as required
3. RTO Management & Customer Calling
- Handle RTO (Return to Origin) cases on a daily basis
- Call customers for:
- RTO confirmation
- Address verification
- Delivery issues or failed attempts
- Rescheduling deliveries (where applicable)
- Clearly explain order details and resolve customer queries related to delivery
- Update call outcomes and remarks accurately in records
4. Coordination & Support Tasks
- Coordinate with customer support, warehouse, and logistics teams
- Assist in exchange, re-dispatch, and cancellation entries
- Maintain proper records for RTO analysis and reporting
- Support management with data required for daily reviews
5. Myntra Marketplace Operations
- Handle Myntra seller panel for day-to-day operations
- Manage order processing, invoicing, and shipment status updates
- Update and track returns, RTOs, cancellations, and customer issues
- Coordinate with Myntra support and internal warehouse team
- Assist in maintaining marketplace compliance and performance metrics
6. Other E-commerce Marketplace Handling
- Support operations for other marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, etc.), if applicable
- Update order data, dispatch details, and returns in respective panels
- Ensure smooth synchronization between marketplace and warehouse operations
Skills & Requirements
- Basic to good computer knowledge and data entry skills
- Hands-on or basic understanding of Shiprocket & e-commerce marketplaces (training can be provided)
- Experience or familiarity with Myntra seller panel is a strong advantage
- Good communication skills (Hindi / English; regional language preferred)
- Ability to handle customer calls professionally
- Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
Prior experience in D2C fashion, e-commerce operations, or logistics preferred
