Job SummaryWe are seeking a focused and tech-savvy Data Entry Executive to manage our growing digital library. Maknon provides visualization solutions for the building materials industry; therefore, the accuracy of our product data is the backbone of our service. You will be responsible for digitizing catalogs for Tiles, Sanitary Ware, and related products with high precision.

• Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Data Entry: Inputting detailed specifications for Tiles (size, finish, thickness, material) and Sanitary Ware (type, dimensions, brand, model) into our proprietary software.
• Catalog Digitization: Converting physical or PDF catalogs from manufacturers into organized digital formats.
• Image Processing: Ensuring product images for toilets, basins, and tiles are correctly named and mapped to the correct data fields for 3D visualization.
• Inventory Accuracy: Updating SKU details, prices, and collection names to ensure the "Quick Quote" features reflect current market data.
• System Integrity: Conducting regular audits of the database to find and fix typos, duplicate entries, or missing specifications.
• Technical Requirements & SkillsStrong Computer Literacy: Must be highly comfortable navigating Windows/Mac environments, web browsers, and cloud-based folders (Google Drive/Dropbox).
• Advanced Excel Skills: Ability to use shortcuts, filters, and basic formulas to manage large sets of product data quickly.
• Industry Knowledge: Basic familiarity with types of tiles (GVT, PGVT, Ceramic) and sanitary ware categories is a significant advantage.
• Typing Proficiency: High speed and accuracy are essential to handle high-volume data without errors.
• Internet Research: Ability to search for missing product specifications online when source documents are incomplete.
• QualificationsExperience: 1+ years in data entry or back-office roles (Experience in the ceramic or hardware industry is preferred).
• Education: Any Graduate or Diploma holder with a certification in Computer Applications.
• Language: Functional knowledge of English to understand technical product catalogs.
