Data Entry Operator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to join our trading company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately maintaining and updating data records in both digital and physical formats, ensuring proper documentation and traceability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain data in Excel sheets with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage and organize physical records, including maintaining registers for traceability documentation.
• Ensure all data entries are consistent, up-to-date, and easily accessible for reference.
• Maintain proper filing systems for hard copies of records and documents.
• Assist in preparing and organizing documents required for internal audits.
• Coordinate with team members to collect, verify, and update necessary data.
• Support compliance by ensuring all records meet company and regulatory standards.
• Perform regular data checks to identify and correct errors.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to maintain both digital and physical documentation systems.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Prior experience in data entry or record-keeping (preferred but not mandatory).
