Job Description
- Enter and update data in ERP/WMS/Excel/software systems accurately
- Maintain records of stock, inward, outward, orders, invoices, etc.
- Verify data for accuracy and correct any errors
- Prepare daily / weekly reports as required
- Maintain proper filing of documents and records
- Coordinate with warehouse, accounts, and operations team for data correctness
- Ensure data backup and data security
- Handle basic office documentation and support work
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and computer systems
