Data Entry Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator who will be responsible not only for accurate data entry but also for coordinating through calls and reporting to site personnel. The candidate should have good communication skills along with strong data management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data accurately in company systems.
• Verify and maintain records of daily activities and reports.
• Make regular calls to on-site personnel for updates and information collection.
• Coordinate with site staff to ensure timely reporting.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly status reports to management.
• Maintain proper documentation of site communications.
• Follow up on pending tasks through calls and messages.
• Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• Good communication skills (phone handling & coordination).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word).
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow-ups.
• Strong attention to detail and reporting skills.
