Project Role : Database Administrator
Project Role Description : Administer, develop, test, or demonstrate databases. Perform many related database functions across one or more teams or clients, including designing, implementing and maintaining new databases, backup/recovery and configuration management. Install database management systems (DBMS) and provide input for modification of procedures and documentation used for problem resolution and day-to-day maintenance.
Must have skills : Japanese Language, Java
Good to have skills : Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL)
Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : BE B Tech

Summary: As a Database Administrator, you will administer, develop, test, or demonstrate databases. You will perform many related database functions across one or more teams or clients, including designing, implementing and maintaining new databases, backup/recovery and configuration management. Your typical day will involve installing database management systems (DBMS) and providing input for modification of procedures and documentation used for problem resolution and day-to-day maintenance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Ensure the smooth operation of databases and resolve any issues that arise. - Design and implement new databases based on client requirements. - Perform regular backups and ensure data integrity and security. - Optimize database performance and troubleshoot any performance issues. - Collaborate with development teams to ensure database compatibility and efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language, Java. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL). - Strong understanding of database management systems and concepts. - Experience in database design and implementation. - Knowledge of backup and recovery procedures. - Familiarity with database security and access control. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve database performance issues. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Japanese Language. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A BE B Tech is required.
