Your job is to contact customers with overdue payments, remind them of their pending dues, and guide them toward clearing payments in a polite, professional, and compliant manner.

• Updating call logs, follow-up details, and payment commitments in the system.
• Complying with RBI guidelines, banking norms, and company regulations.
• Achieving daily/weekly/monthly collection targets.

• Confidence & patience while dealing with customers
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to handle pressure & meet targets
• Positive attitude and good listening skills
• DRA certification preferred (optional for freshers)
