Delivery Associate

Job Overview

We are looking for a hardworking and organized Courier Manager to handle our daily shipping operations. You will be responsible for everything from packing the product to ensuring it reaches the customer’s doorstep.

Key Responsibilities

Packing & Labeling: Securely packing products in boxes and sticking the correct shipping labels.

Local Delivery: Delivering parcels to local customers safely and on time.

NDR Management: Calling customers for Non-Delivery Reports (NDR) to confirm addresses and re-attempt deliveries.

OFD Tracking: Monitoring Out For Delivery (OFD) status to ensure all packages are delivered by the end of the day.

Inventory Check: Keeping a count of stock and packing materials.

Requirements

Education: 10th or 12th pass (Minimum).

Vehicle: Must have a personal bike/scooter and a valid Driving License for local deliveries.

Communication: Basic phone skills to talk to customers and delivery partners professionally.

Tools: Familiarity with using smartphone apps and WhatsApp.

Experience: Previous experience in courier companies or e-commerce hubs is a plus.
