Position: Delivery Associate / Delivery Executive

Job Location: As per the assigned delivery area within the city.

Job Summary: We are looking for responsible and reliable Delivery Executives to deliver food orders, grocery items, or courier packages safely and on time. The delivery associate will be responsible for picking up orders from restaurants, warehouses, or hubs and delivering them to customers while maintaining professional behavior and ensuring customer satisfaction.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Pickup

• Pick up food orders from restaurants for Swiggy and Zomato.
• Collect grocery orders from Blinkit dark stores or warehouses.
• Pick up courier parcels from XpressBees hubs.

1. Timely Delivery

• Deliver orders to customers within the committed delivery time.
• Follow the delivery route provided by the app.

1. Customer Interaction

• Maintain polite and professional communication with customers.
• Confirm delivery and collect OTP if required.

1. App Usage

• Use the delivery partner app to accept orders and update delivery status.
• Follow GPS navigation to reach delivery locations.

1. Cash Handling

• Collect cash payments for Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders when applicable.
• Submit cash at the end of the shift as per company guidelines.

1. Order Safety

• Ensure food and packages are handled carefully and delivered in good condition.

1. Compliance

• Follow traffic rules and company safety guidelines during deliveries.
• Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 10th pass (preferred).
• Valid Driving License.
• Own Two-Wheeler / Bike / Scooter.
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Basic understanding of Google Maps / GPS navigation.
• Skills Required: Good communication skills.
• Time management ability.
• Basic smartphone operation.
• Customer service attitude.

Working Hours: Flexible shifts depending on delivery demand. Full-time and part-time options available.

• Salary & Benefits: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (depending on the number of deliveries).
