Delivery Person

Position Overview:

As a Cosmetic and Disposable Store Delivery Boy, your primary responsibility

will be to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of cosmetic

products to our customers. You will play a crucial role in

maintaining customer satisfaction by delivering orders

efficiently and courteously.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery of Orders:

Ensure timely and safe delivery of cosmetic products to

customers' designated locations.

Verify the accuracy of delivery addresses and ensure correct

products are delivered.

Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, ensuring

professionalism and courtesy at all times.

Address any customer queries or concerns promptly and

escalate issues as necessary.Vehicle Maintenance:

Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the delivery vehicle.

Perform routine checks to ensure the vehicle is in good

working condition and report any maintenance needs.

Product Knowledge:

Develop a basic understanding of the cosmetic products sold

by the store.

Be able to answer basic questions regarding product

availability, usage, and benefits.

Documentation and Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of deliveries and payments

received (if applicable).

Ensure all necessary paperwork related to deliveries is

completed and submitted on time.

Adherence to Safety Guidelines:

Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws during deliveries.

Handle products with care to prevent damage during

transportation.Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Proven experience in delivery or a similar role preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Physical ability to lift and carry packages of varying weights.

Additional Requirements:

Reliable and punctual.

Ability to navigate using GPS or maps.

Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends

as needed.
