Demat & Trading Account Executive (Broking Firm)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic candidate for a broking firm who will be responsible for acquiring clients, opening Demat & Trading accounts, and promoting financial products related to the Indian stock market. The role requires strong communication skills, sales ability, and basic market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new clients for Demat & Trading accounts
• Sell financial products related to the Indian stock market (equity, derivatives, advisory services, etc.)
• Promote in-house products, strategies, or tools to clients
• Guide clients on basic stock market concepts and trading processes
• Follow up with leads and ensure account activation and first trade
• Maintain long-term client relationships and encourage trading/investment activity
• Achieve monthly targets for account openings, revenue, and product sales

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of stock market, trading, and investments
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to pitch financial products confidently
• Target-driven mindset
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge
