Summary: As a Deployment Lead, you will plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. You will collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan. Your typical day will involve overseeing the deployment process, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of the plan. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Manage the deployment process and ensure successful implementation - Coordinate with various teams to ensure alignment and interdependencies - Monitor and control progress through the deployment plan Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development - Strong understanding of deployment planning and execution - Experience in work planning, scheduling, and budgeting - Ability to manage metrics, training, pilots, and resources - Knowledge of project interdependencies and alignment - Familiarity with monitoring and controlling progress - Good To Have Skills: Experience with change management processes Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full time education is required
