Deputy General Manager - Contract Administration

Responsibilities

  1. Dispute Documents Review and Analysis: Conduct detailed review of the dispute basis contract terms and conditions, applicable law, financial model and correspondences exchanged between parties. 
  2. Claim Feasibility Analysis: Determine the feasibility of the claim to be taken up for dispute through ADR mechanism.
  3. Drafting and preparation of ADR Correspondences: Drafting and preparation of ADR Correspondences in the interest of the organization for various mining projects. 
  4. Claim Management: Collating the dispute documents, identifying the documents to strengthen the claim and mitigation of counter claim.
  5. Arbitration/ Litigation / Dispute Resolution proceedings: Provide support to law firm in preparation of statement of claim, rejoinder, evidence affidavit, final written submission, petition, replies to applications filed by the other party in order to strengthen our claims in arbitration/ litigation proceedings.
  6. Support Strategic Oversight - Updating and maintaining internal MIS and document control. Preparation and updation of various notes, reports, Dispute Register, Risk and Opportunity Register, MIS reports, etc.
