Job Purpose: Project Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and technical accuracy. The role manages site activities, resource allocation, and design compliance while addressing technical challenges across project phases.

Project Planning and Execution Oversight:

Create and implement detailed project plans incorporating timelines, resource allocation, and execution milestones & prepare technical project schedules, ensuring adherence to interior design standards and approved methodologies.

Supervise ongoing activities and align project execution with design specifications, BOQs, and client requirements to ensure systematic problem resolution for any execution discrepancies during each phase.

Technical Design Review and Coordination:

Evaluate design concepts, technical drawings, and material specifications for feasibility and precision to ensure accuracy in designs, alignment with codes, and compliance with construction regulations.

Work alongside cross-disciplinary teams to confirm MEP integration, HVAC layouts, and other critical infrastructural connections are aligned within design parameters & address any technical design flaws identified during pre-execution assessments.

Resource and Material Management:

Coordinate procurement processes for materials, tools, and technical resources needed for project execution & validate vendor selection and supply timelines against project milestones.

Implement cost-saving strategies in material selection without compromising the integrity or aesthetics of the project to ensure timely delivery of resources to minimize project execution downtime.

Site Execution Monitoring:

Track project milestones through regular on-site inspections and technical progress reports & address site-specific execution challenges by coordinating with contractors and ensuring adherence to design plans.

Resolve conflicts arising from execution deviations, labor shortages, or resource constraints by implementing quick and effective technical solutions & maintain alignment with approved project schedules.

BOQ Analysis and Budget Management:

Analyze Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to determine project costs, material usage, and scope boundaries to ensure budget alignment during procurement, subcontractor billing, and invoice verification processes.

Review expense reports against pre-approved project financial plans to identify and resolve areas of budget overrun or inaccuracies.

Risk Mitigation in Execution:

Assess execution challenges, including safety hazards, contractor delays, and procurement bottlenecks & implement contingency plans to resolve risks while maintaining project continuity.

Regularly monitor high-risk project elements and validate resolution measures, ensuring minimal disruptions to construction schedules.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management is required.

Master’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or Business Administration is preferred.

Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent are highly desirable to demonstrate proficiency in project execution methodologies, scheduling, and resource optimization.

Work Experience:

15+ years of experience in managing medium to large-scale interior fit-out projects, with strong expertise in project planning, budgeting, and execution.

Experience in handling multi-disciplinary teams and contractors is essential.

Proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget, with significant exposure to MEP coordination, quality control, BOQ validation, and risk management.
