Job Description

Deputy General Manager - Land Acquisition

Responsibilities

•Lead and manage the land acquisition process for renewable energy projects.
•Provide expert advice and guidance on land acquisition strategies and legal compliance.
•Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient land acquisition.
•Manage relationships with landowners, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
•Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to land acquisition.
•Prepare and review legal documents, agreements, and contracts related to land acquisition.
•Resolve any issues or disputes related to land acquisition.
•Maintain accurate records and documentation of all land acquisition activities.

Qualifications

Education 

Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.

Experience:
A minimum of 15 to 20 years of experience in land acquisition, preferably in the renewable energy sector/ Indian Army Candidates
