Deputy Lead - Assembly Injection

This position will be responsible for look out for complete assembly process of higher tonnage machine with highest build quality and with best productivity and efficiency.

Work You’ll Do:

• Lookout for planning of assembly work according to sales requirements.
• Daily work allocation, material requirements, shortages update, labor entry & check sheets update etc.
• Update all data related to assembly like efficiency, productivity, labor hours, FTR, etc.
• Look out for 5\"s\" activity in respected area, Improvements in process, cost reduction, Kaizen, etc.
• To look after inventory of respected area,
• Updating in work instruction, SOP's, check sheets, etc. according to change.
• To update/make Jigs and fixtures.

Team:

• Higher tonnage assembly team at Milacron Ahmedabad.

Basic Qualifications:

• Diploma/BE in mechanical engineering with experience at least 6-7 years
• Injection Moulding machine assembly experience will be highly preferable.
