Deputy Manager - Business Head Office
Business Review Meeting Management:
Schedule, organize, and coordinate regular business review meetings for the Copper business unit.
Prepare agendas, collect and synthesize input from stakeholders, and ensure timely distribution of pre-read materials.
Document meeting minutes, follow up on action items, and track progress to ensure timely completion.
Business Coordination:
Serve as a liaison between the Business Head and internal/external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Coordinate information flow, prioritize requests, and ensure alignment across departments and teams.
Project and Operations KPI Tracking:
Monitor, track, and report on key project milestones and operational KPIs for the Copper business.
Assist in the preparation of dashboards and presentations for business performance reviews.
Business Excellence Project Management & Execution:
Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of business excellence initiatives and projects aimed at continuous improvement.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement business excellence frameworks and best practices.
Track project deliverables, timelines, and outcomes to ensure alignment with business excellence goals.
Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in the development and implementation of action plans.
Prepare reports and presentations to update leadership on the status and impact of business excellence projects.
Digital Project Management:
Support the execution and tracking of digital initiatives and technology-driven projects within the business unit.
Coordinate with digital teams to ensure project deliverables are met and issues are escalated promptly.
Day-to-Day Support:
Handle confidential correspondence and documents with professionalism and discretion.
Assist the Business Head with ad hoc tasks and special projects as required.
Btech + MBA, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 2-4 years of experience, preferably in a business or industrial setting.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in digital tools, project management software, and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
High degree of discretion, integrity, and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
Proactive problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
