Job Description

Deputy Manager - Commercial Administration (UG Mines)

Preparation of Contract Appreciation Document 

Facilitates Contractor Performance reviews (Kick off Meetings/ Monthly/Weekly Reviews)

Coordinates for BGs & Payments with internal stakeholders for BG acceptance, Bill certification, Invoice Processing etc.

Monitors Contractor & Employer Obligations & Escalates to Head Commercial Administration HCAD (UG), in case of deviations

Assists HCAD for monitoring & Controlling BoQs ( Plan Vs Actuals) & BBUs ([Plan Vs Actual)

Assists in Review & approval of various change orders/NFAs

Assists in issue/Dispute/Claim resolution process

Preparation of Monthly MIS / Dashboards

Bachelor's Degree: Preferably in law, business, Mining, Engineering or a related field.

Advanced Degree: Preferred, such as Business Administration (MBA) or Master's in Law (LLM
