Deputy Manager - FEA

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced finite element analysis to evaluate the structural integrity and performance of wind turbine components
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify design improvement opportunities and propose innovative solutions
• Develop and validate numerical models for structural analysis of wind turbine generators
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend design modifications to enhance product reliability and efficiency
• Utilize simulation software to predict and optimize the behavior of wind turbine components under various operating conditions
• Generate detailed technical reports and present findings to stakeholders, outlining recommendations for design enhancements
• Stay updated on industry advancements and best practices in wind turbine engineering to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards while executing engineering analyses and experiments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
