Deputy Manager OT Security

Responsibilities

• Assist in execution of OT security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Support monitoring of OT networks and assets for threats or anomalies.
• Participate in vulnerability assessments and remediation tracking.
• Coordinate with plant operations and maintenance teams for security compliance.
• Support incident response within OT environments.
• Support technical proposal building and GTM activities.
• Customer interaction and project management.
• Coordination of mid to large size OT cyber projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Basic understanding of industrial control systems (ICS) and SCADA environments.
• 3–6 years in cybersecurity, OT operations, or industrial automation.
• Exposure to standards like IEC 62443, NIST CSF, or ISO 27001.
