Deputy Manager - Program Management

Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity projects and programs. 

Support the development and implementation of project management methodologies and best practices for cybersecurity initiatives. 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of cybersecurity measures throughout the organization. 

Monitor and report on the progress of cybersecurity projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. 

Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential cybersecurity threats. 

Assist in implementing cybersecurity training programs for staff and promote awareness of security protocols. 

Support efforts to ensure compliance with laws and regulations regarding data protection and data privacy. 

Assist in managing budgets related to cybersecurity projects, ensuring cost-effective solutions. 

Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to continuously improve the security posture of the organization. 

Prepare and present regular reports on project status to senior management and stakeholders. 

Foster an environment of learning, excellence, and innovation within the team and across teams. 

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members. 

Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. 

Ensure continuous professional development of team members. 

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field. 

7-9 years of experience in cybersecurity program management, including project planning and execution. 

Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices. 

Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and OWASP. 

Experience with project management tools and methodologies. 

Relevant certifications such as PMP, CISSP, or CISM are a plus. 

Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 

Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies.
