onstruction Management:

• Assists in monitoring construction activities, ensuring contractor compliance with timelines, budget, and quality.

Engineering Drawing:

• Identify and reports any inconsistencies in Good for Construction (GFC) drawings to the head office via the Site Head for swift resolution.

Risk Management:

• Maintains a risk register to proactively manage project risks and updates it consistently for mitigation effectiveness.

Project Management:

• Monitors construction activities to ensure contractors meet deadlines, budget, and quality standards.

Quality Control:

• Conducts regular inspections and quality checks to ensure construction meets all engineering standards and practices.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Provides detailed site updates to the Project Head, assists with material and activity reconciliation, and contributes to report generation.

Health and Safety:

• Promote a safety-first culture to prevent accidents and enforce safety protocols for a zero-accident workplace.

Digital Mindset:

• Stay on top of digital and AI technologies to find new opportunities that enhance business and keep a competitive edge.

Education Qualification:

• BE/BTech in Civil Engineering or related field.

Work Experience (Range of years):

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in civil engineering for infrastructure projects
