Design Engineer

Team Leadership & Project Management:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of design engineers and CAD draftsmen.

Allocate design projects, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of manufacturing drawings to the production floor.

Product Design & Development:

Oversee the end-to-end design lifecycle for Special Purpose Machines (SPMs) such as rotary bottle washers,

        piston fillers, multi-head screw cappers, and automatic labeling machines.

Technical & Quality Assurance:

Review and approve 3D models, 2D manufacturing drawings, pneumatic layouts, and Bills of Materials (BOM).

Ensure all designs adhere to pharmaceutical industry standards (FDA, cGMP) and strict quality guidelines.

Education:     B.E. / B.Tech or M.E. / M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:    5 to 7 years of core experience in mechanical design
