Job Description:• Technical support to clients with sales team

• Handle product inquiries & performance-related issues

• Lighting calculations using Dialux / Relux

• Prepare lighting layouts, drawings & specifications

• Create lighting concepts from proposal to design stage

• Datasheet preparation for existing & new products

• Knowledge of indoor & outdoor LED lighting products

• Coordinate with R&D, design & production teams

• Prepare technical reports & mock-ups

• Ensure quality & timely project delivery

Skills Required:• AutoCAD

• Dialux / Relux

• MS Office

• Photoshop / Basic 3D software (preferred)

• Good communication & problem-solving skills

Qualification:• Bachelor’s Degree in EC / EE

• Electronic Freshers can apply (Training provided)

• Minimum 3 years experience for Manager role
