• Develop detailed designs and structural plans for ropeway systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand design specifications and deliver tailored solutions.
• Conduct structural analysis and simulations to validate design integrity and safety.
• Ensure designs meet cost and quality benchmarks, optimizing resources and materials.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including procurement and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Review and approve design modifications, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Utilize advanced design software and tools to create precise and efficient designs.
• Monitor emerging technologies and trends in ropeway systems to incorporate innovative solutions into designs.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the Head Design Engineering in strategic initiatives and process improvements within the design function.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in structural design and engineering, preferably in infrastructure or ropeway projects.
• Proven expertise in client coordination and delivering project-specific design solutions.

 

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or equivalent.
• Advanced certifications in structural design or related fields are preferred.

 

Years & Type of Experience

• 5–10 years of experience in detailed design and structural engineering.
• Hands-on experience in infrastructure projects, with a focus on cost and quality optimization.
