Desktop Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Provide end user computer support including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Offer support for manufacturing systems computers and printers.
• Assist with ticketing tool support and manage IT asset management processes.
• Install and configure PCs, laptops, and peripherals.
• Follow up on problem resolution and escalate as necessary.
• Manage basic network issues, focusing on end user LAN support.
• Monitor backups and provide IT operations support.
• Adapt to changes in responsibilities and processes as required by business needs.

Additional Requirements:

• Basic domain knowledge for server management.
• Basic domain knowledge of NAS installation and configuration
