Digital Marketing Executive

We are hiring a Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow Chandi Ghar’s (our b2b brand) digital presence and support lead generation through social media. This is a dynamic role that involves planning, coordination, execution, tracking, and consistency-working closely with our digital marketing agency and in-house team. The right candidate will learn fast, grow with the business, and get strong exposure to real-world branding, marketing, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day social media operations (Instagram/Facebook/WhatsApp): scheduling, publishing, engagement, replies, and basic community handling.
• Coordinate with the digital marketing agency: share product updates, briefs, content needs, approvals, corrections, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain a weekly/monthly content plan and ensure regular posting with proper tracking.
• Support lead generation and business development: handle enquiries, route leads to sales team, and maintain lead logs.
• Ensure brand consistency in communication and visual hygiene.
• Basic understanding of SEO, promotions, boosting/ads options (mainly for coordination and planning).
• Assist branch operations with data entry: product data entry, lead/customer updates, and basic reporting.
• Support in-office coordination tasks and packaging support at times with the branch operations manager.
• Work comfortably with Excel/Google Sheets and ERP software.
• Use AI tools and Generative AI smartly to speed up content planning, caption drafts, creatives support, reporting, and coordination work.

Candidate Profile

• 1–3 years experience in social media/digital marketing or content coordination.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills (agency + internal team).
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital promotions.
• Comfortable with basic photography/reels understanding (for quality checks + guidance).
• Strong data entry discipline and tech comfort (Excel/ERP).
• Active user of AI tools + Generative AI for productivity and content support.
• Good communication in Hindi/Gujarati; basic English.
