Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy E-commerce Coordinator to support the daily operations of our online store. The coordinator will be responsible for product listings, inventory updates, order processing, content management, and coordination with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience across e-commerce platforms.

• Key Responsibilities:Upload and manage product listings, including descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing.
• Monitor and update inventory levels to prevent overselling or stockouts.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Assist with product categorization, tagging, and SEO optimization for search visibility.
• Manage promotions, coupons, and banners across the website or marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, WooCommerce).
• Track and report on order performance, sales trends, and customer behavior using analytics tools.
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to ensure consistent branding across all channels.
• Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, or complaints related to online orders.
• Assist with the testing and implementation of new e-commerce features or website updates.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues related to listings, pricing, orders, or website errors.
