Job Description: Digital Marketing Executive (Video Editing & YouTube)

Position: Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Handle video editing for YouTube and other digital platforms using Canva Pro and other video editing tools.
• Edit long-form and short-form videos (YouTube videos, Shorts, Reels).
• Design thumbnails, banners, and creatives using Canva Premium/Pro.
• Optimize YouTube content including titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for better reach and SEO.
• Use AI tools (including Gemini) for content ideation, script writing, captions, and performance improvement.
• Create marketing documents, reports, and content using MS Word and other productivity tools.
• Manage posting schedules and ensure consistency across platforms.
• Analyze performance metrics (views, engagement, watch time) and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, YouTube algorithms, and AI tools.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing fundamentals
• Proficiency in Video Editing (especially for YouTube)
• Hands-on experience with Canva Pro/Premium
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Gemini and other content-generation tools
• Basic knowledge of MS Word and documentation
• Understanding of YouTube SEO and analytics
• Creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing YouTube channels
• Knowledge of social media marketing platforms
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
