• Job Role: Digital Marketing ExecutiveKey ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads
• Monitor ad performance, analyze data, and improve KPIs and ROI
• Confidently communicate with clients via calls, meetings, and presentations
• Handle client onboarding, campaign strategy discussions, and follow-ups
• Take ownership of agency-generated leads and convert them through strong sales pitching
• Coordinate with creative and SEO teams for ad creatives, copies, and landing strategies
• Stay updated with platform trends and implement new growth strategies
• Requirements1–3 years of hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads
• Excellent English and Hindi communication skills (mandatory for client meetings)
• Strong sales mindset with the ability to convert and close leads
• Experience handling multiple clients and industries (preferred)
• Knowledge of data analysis, ad copywriting, and audience targeting
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple campaigns
