Digital Marketing Executive

Panacea Hub seeks a Digital Marketing Executive to drive geo-targeted campaigns for our IT services, focusing on platforms like LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Facebook to attract clients in specific regions. This role emphasizes content creation, ad optimization, and performance analysis tailored to IT outsourcing leads.​

Key Responsibilities

Develop and launch geo-targeted digital campaigns on LinkedIn, X, and Facebook to reach IT decision-makers in targeted areas, using audience segmentation for precise local outreach.​

Create compelling content like social posts, pamphlets, videos, and ad copy that highlights IT services, while managing budgets, A/B testing, and KPIs such as CTR, conversions, and ROI via Google Analytics.​

Collaborate with teams, monitor platform trends, generate insightful reports, and optimize for maximum lead generation in competitive IT markets.​

Required Skills

Proficiency in LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, X Ads, Hootsuite/Buffer, plus PPC/CPC management and SEO basics for social amplification.​

Strong content creation, data analysis, copywriting, and English communication skills, with adaptability to trends and 1-3 years of experience in geo-targeted marketing.​

Bachelor's in Marketing preferred; certifications and familiarity with small business IT promotion add value.
