Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management: Oversee and manage the company’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) to ensure a consistent brand voice, grow followers, and increase engagement.
• Video Content Creation: Design and edit engaging video content (ads, promotions, tutorials, behind-the-scenes, etc.) for social media, website, and other digital platforms.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (SEO, SEM, email marketing, PPC, etc.), focusing on driving traffic, conversions, and engagement.
• Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and customer loyalty. Track and analyze metrics to continuously improve content and strategies.
• Content Creation: Work closely with the content team to develop creative content that aligns with the company’s brand guidelines, voice, and goals.
• Paid Advertising: Manage PPC and paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, etc.), ensuring optimal targeting, ROI, and budget allocation.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign performance across all digital channels, providing detailed reports and actionable insights.
• Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and interact with followers across all social media platforms to build relationships and foster a community.
• Trends & Research: Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, social media, and video content creation, applying them to the company’s strategies.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (design, content, product, etc.) to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with company objectives and branding.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all content (visual and written) aligns with brand identity and messaging across all channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, and video editing.
• Video Editing Skills: Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.). Ability to create polished, professional, and engaging video content for social media platforms.
• Social Media Expertise: Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and how to leverage them for brand growth and engagement.
• Content Creation: Experience in writing and creating engaging content for social media, blogs, websites, and email marketing campaigns.
• SEO & SEM Knowledge: Experience with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and paid search marketing.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to track performance and analyze metrics to inform decision-making and improve campaigns.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
• Creative Thinker: Ability to generate innovative and visually appealing ideas for digital campaigns, with a strong aesthetic sense for video production.
• Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
