Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with a heavy emphasis on Meta Ads and cross-platform PPC strategy. The ideal candidate will be a blend of a technical strategist and a clear communicator, capable of managing end-to-end campaigns from setup to client reporting. • Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Social Mastery: Lead the strategy, setup, and optimization of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). Deep knowledge of Pixel integration, Custom Audiences, and A/B testing is required.
• Multi-Channel PPC: Execute and manage high-performing campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Local SEO & GMB: Create, verify, and consistently update Google My Business (GMB) profiles to improve local search rankings and map visibility.
• Search Engine Optimization: Apply solid SEO principles (on-page and technical) to improve organic visibility and support paid efforts.
• Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients. Translate complex data into actionable insights during weekly/monthly performance calls.
• Reporting: Track KPIs and prepare comprehensive reports to demonstrate campaign growth and ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in digital marketing (Agency experience preferred).
• Meta Expert: Proven track record of managing Meta ad spends with successful conversion rates.
• Search Expert: Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, and Video/YouTube).
• SEO Knowledge: Good understanding of keyword research, backlinking, and SEO audit tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz).
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for professional client interaction.
• Tools: Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
