About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
• Design, build, and maintain our social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
• Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
• Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
• Coordinate with content creators, designers, and external vendors for digital assets.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and analytics.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing role.
• Proven experience in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
