Dispatch Executive cum Accountant
🔹 Position: Dispatch Executive cum Accountant
🔹 Job Location: Kathwada, Ahmedabad
🧾 Key Responsibilities:
• Dispatch planning, packing, invoicing & logistics coordination
• Prepare delivery challans, e-way bills & transport documents
• Coordinate with transporters & customers for timely delivery
• Maintain dispatch records, GR & POD
• Daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP
• Sales & purchase entries, GST invoicing
• Ledger reconciliation, receivables & payables follow-up
• Support in GST returns & basic compliance
🎓 Requirements:
• Commerce graduate preferred
• 2–4 years experience in dispatch & accounts
• Knowledge of Tally, Excel, GST & e-way bill
• Good coordination & communication skills
💼 Skills Needed:
• Accuracy & documentation control
• Multitasking & time management
💰 Salary: As per experience
