Job SummaryWe are looking for a Dispatch Manager to manage and control daily dispatch operations, ensure timely delivery of goods, and coordinate between warehouse, transport, and sales teams for smooth order fulfillment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage daily dispatch schedules
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of orders
• Coordinate with warehouse, drivers, and transport vendors
• Monitor delivery timelines and resolve dispatch-related issues
• Maintain dispatch records, invoices, and delivery challans
• Ensure proper loading, packaging, and product safety
• Track vehicle movement and delivery status
• Manage dispatch staff and drivers
• Required Skills & QualificationsExperience in dispatch/logistics operations (HORECA or FMCG preferred)
• Good coordination and team-handling skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, ERP, billing software)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of local routes and transport operations
• Experience & EducationGraduate or equivalent
• 2–5 years experience in dispatch / logistics operations
