Team Leadership &

Ticketing Operations·        Oversee domestic flight bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and ticket issuance.

·        Ensure accurate entry of passenger details and fare calculations.

·        Monitor ticketing discrepancies, refunds, and airline communications.

Client & Airline Coordination·        Liaise with airlines, travel agents, and corporate clients for smooth ticketing operations.

·        Address client queries, resolve ticketing issues, and provide timely updates.

·        Maintain strong relationships with airline representatives to access deals and solutions.

Compliance & Reporting·        Ensure compliance with airline regulations, fare rules, and company policies.

·        Prepare periodic reports on ticketing metrics, team performance, and client feedback.

Process Improvement·        Identify areas to improve ticketing workflows and team efficiency.

·        Implement best practices and automation tools to streamline ticketing operations.

·        Perform other operational activities as assigned by the management, as per requirement.
