Responsibilities

  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support to clients, addressing their queries and resolving issues
  • Process Management: Responsible for end-to-end auction process executions , timely delivery and adherence to internal process quality standards
  • Client Interaction: Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, providing guidance on their query and handhold to resolve the issue
  • Service Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of services required by client as per the mutually agreed SLA’s
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for all technical and commercial activities
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and project success.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in procurement, shared services, technical support, or service delivery

Graduation in any stream / MCom
