E-Commerce Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our team. In this role, you will manage and improve our online product listings, handle order processing, and manage purchase orders based on sales trends to optimize inventory. You will also work to boost overall marketplace performance. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, be skilled in Microsoft Excel and Word, and be good at pricing and competition analysis. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced digital environment

Key Responsibilities :

1.Purchase Order Management : Manage purchase orders based on sales forecasts and trends, coordinating with suppliers to maintain optimal inventory levels

2.Pricing & Competition Analysis : Conduct pricing analysis to determine competitive pricing strategies./Monitor competitor pricing and promotions.

3.Proficiency in E-commerce Marketplaces : Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in various e-commerce platforms.

4.Proficient in Microsoft Excel : Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting/Create professional documents and reports

Required Skills & Qualifications :

1.1 to 2 years in e-commerce, preferably in Pricing management/purchase order/Inventory management

2.Experience managing purchase orders and analyzing product performance.

3.Strong knowledge of pricing strategies and competition analysis.

4.Ensure compliance of product listings with marketplace policies.

5.Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach.

6.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

7.Preferred experience in e-commerce operations or Inventory management

Preferred Qualifications :

1.Candidates should have prior experience working in e-commerce environments, ideally in roles related to product management, Purchase management, Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay , Walmart or similar marketplaces is essential.

2.Candidates should be adept at managing inventory levels, and ensuring smooth fulfillment processes.

3.Knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a plus.

4.Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
