Job Description
- Manage and grow online sales across major e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart and other platforms
- Handle end-to-end marketplace operations including seller account management, packaing and daily coordination
- Create, upload, optimize and maintain product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, keywords, images and enhanced content
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, category guidelines and account health parameters
- Plan and execute strategies for sales growth, visibility improvement and conversion optimization
- Monitor daily sales performance, revenue, orders, returns and customer feedback
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, sales analysis and performance dashboards
- Manage brand stores on marketplaces including banners, creatives, product placements and content updates
- Plan and execute promotional activities such as deals, discounts, festive campaigns and sponsored ads
- Track campaign performance, ROI and suggest improvements for better results
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to avoid stock-outs or overstocking
- Ensure smooth order processing, timely dispatch and fulfillment
- Troubleshoot listing issues, catalog errors, suppressed listings, account warnings and policy-related concerns
- Coordinate with marketplace support teams for payment, logistics, return and claim-related issues
- Handle customer queries, escalations, negative reviews and ratings professionally to protect brand reputation
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies and vendors for smooth execution of e-commerce activities
