E-Commerce Executive

An e-commerce executive is responsible for managing and growing an organization's online business by enhancing customer experience, executing order fulfillment, and maintaining the technology and infrastructure. They analyze data, manage relationships with partners, and ensure a seamless e-commerce experience. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfillment:

Oversee the process of taking customer orders, processing payments, and ensuring timely and accurate shipment of products. 

• Inventory Management

Executive will manage all the inventory on all online platform that company is using. 

• Digital Platform Management:

Maintain and optimize the e-commerce website and digital platforms, ensuring they are up-to-date with the data.

• Data Analysis:

Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth, improve strategies, and maximize sales.
