Ecommerce Executive Job based at Memnagar office - Ahmedabad.

Salary ranges from 3.00 LPA - 4.2 LPA depending on profile of the candidate.

Alternate Saturday Off.

Preferred candidate profile

Any graduate with relevant experience, good written engilsh skill, an analytical mind, good Excel proficiency, and a willingness to learn and experiment. An eye for detail is required for this job profile.

Inclination to work in the personal care (Beauty & Skincare) industry is an added advantage. Good understanding of creative designing will be added advantage.

Role & responsibilities

1. Manage and optimize our presence on multiple e-commerce channels, including but not limited to Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Jiomart, Swiggy, Shopify based website etc.

2. Excellent Communication skills ( English Writing ) is a must. Good Critical thinking and Analytical mind will be an added advantage. MS EXCEL Proficiency is must.

3. Process orders, Plan and schedule inventories to various fulfilment channels in coordination with the packaging team.

4. Coordinate with the accounts team for financial reports and documents related to ecommerce channels.

5. Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, improve visibility, and drive traffic to our online stores.

6. Conduct keyword research and analysis to enhance product listings and improve search rankings.

7. Create and manage product listings, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with platform guidelines. Coordinate for creatives (Video/images) for optimum high-converting listing.

9. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identify trends, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.

10. Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, such as fulfillment centers, agencies, and technology partners.

11. Conduct regular online listings and content audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand standards.

12. Provide regular reports and analysis to management on e-commerce performance, KPIs, and key metrics.
