E-Commerce Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute e-commerce growth strategies across platforms
• Own end-to-end online sales performance, revenue, and profitability
• Analyze large datasets using advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, dashboards, complex formulas)
• Track KPIs, sales funnels, conversion rates, and inventory health
• Manage marketplace relationships, ads, promotions, and campaigns
• Lead and mentor e-commerce executives and coordinators
• Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, finance, and tech teams
• Forecast sales, manage budgets, and optimize pricing strategies
• Conduct keyword research to improve product discoverability and organic search performance on e-commerce platforms
• Identify high-ranking, high-conversion keywords and optimize product titles, descriptions, backend keywords, and content
