E-commerce Operations Executive (Shopify – Fashion)

We are hiring a Fashion E-commerce Operations Executive to manage our Shopify backend and end-to-end order processing for a fast-growing fashion brand.

This is a full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad (Monday–Saturday). Only apply if you are comfortable working from the office every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Shopify backend (orders, COD, prepaid, cancellations, refunds)

• Handle complete order processing from payment to delivery

• Pick, pack, label and dispatch orders accurately

• Print invoices and shipping labels

• Coordinate daily pickups with courier partners

• Call customers for COD confirmation

• Communicate professionally with customers via phone & WhatsApp

• Coordinate with partner fashion brands for order dispatch and tracking

• Maintain daily order tracking and backend hygiene

Candidate Requirements:

• 2–4 years experience in fashion/apparel e-commerce

• Hands-on Shopify backend experience

• Experience in packing and dispatching orders

• Good understanding of fashion sizing, measurements & fit

• Strong spoken AND written English

• Comfortable handling customer and brand communication

• Ahmedabad-based candidate only

This is a hands-on operations role. We are looking for someone serious, responsible, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
