Job Description

E-commerce Sales ManagerWe are seeking a strategic and data-driven E-commerce Sales Manager to oversee our online sales channels and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for managing the digital storefront, optimizing the customer journey, and implementing sales strategies that enhance brand visibility and conversion rates.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Platform Management: Oversee daily operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring product listings, pricing, and promotions are accurate and optimized.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze sales data, traffic patterns, and conversion funnels to identify areas for improvement and ROI optimization.
  • Inventory & Logistics: Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure stock availability and efficient fulfillment processes.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the digital marketing team to align PPC, email, and social media campaigns with sales goals.
  • Customer Experience: Monitor customer feedback and site usability to ensure a seamless end-to-end shopping experience.
  • RequirementsProven experience as an E-commerce Manager or similar leadership role in digital sales.
  • In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and marketplaces.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and sales reporting tools.
  • Experience in managing digital marketing budgets and understanding of SEO/SEM.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
